Emo Friendly Pop Mix

I've been working on this mix for a while. There were just so many songs it took me longer than expected to organize them all. My tardiness actually worked in my favour this time because Miss Murder424 decided to post a mix, with some emo songs right before I decide to post my emo friendly pop mix.

This is great! Now you guys can listen to her mix and while you're still in the same emo mood, you can then listen to my mix and not be pushed too far out of your comfort zone.

When you think about it the people who listen to my kind of pop music and the people who listen to emo music are pretty similar. Popkids are usually sensitive, dreamer, idealists. And emo kids are the same, except their dreams have some how come up against reality and weren't able to stand up against it, so they've become disillusioned teenagers. The popkid still believes in such childish things as love, kindness and peace, but we aren't immune to reality, so we become like the emo kid, from time to time. When our ideals don't, exactly fair well against the harshness of reality. This overlap between the two genres is what I'll be showcasing in this playlist.
